Meanwhile, down at street level, the hoarding that protected the sidewalk along the front of the construction site is gradually being removed. However, work remains to be done on the canopy above the condo’s main entrance, as well as on landscaping in front of the tower.

A sold-out project of Monarch Group, Couture Condominium was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc.
