A project of The Conservatory Group, the two buildings at the southeast corner of Lower Simcoe Street and Grand Trunk Crescent were designed by E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd. The towers are the final phase of Conservatory Group’s Infinity condo complex, which includes two other towers previously constructed on the north side of Grand Trunk Crescent.
Below is an artistic rendering of the two towers, followed by photos showing construction progress of Infinity3 and 4 since the beginning of this year.
This rendering shows a southwest view of the Conservatory Group’s final two Infinity towers. The 35- and 16-storey buildings were designed by E.I. Richmond Architects Ltd.
