Although condo suites are still available, many of the units in both the tower and loft wing have been sold out for months. The Three Hundred Front Street West project website shows availability for a 540-square-foot loft priced at $350,000, as well as a few 1-bedroom layouts in the tower. Those include the 652-square-foot 1D suites at $380,500; the 658-square-foot 1E1 suite at $408,000; and the 775-square-foot 1M+D1 suite at $509,000. Almost all of the 2-bedroom tower suites have sold out, though there is still availability for the 837-square-foot 2B1 suite at $519,500.
But if you’re in the market for one of the “signature” penthouse suites situated on the 44th to 49th floors, you’re still in luck: 7 of the 9 suite configurations are still available. Prices range from $1,125,000 for the 1,367 3D suite, to $1,640,000 for the 1,927-square-foot 3G residence.
Three Hundred Front Street West was designed by Rudy Wallman of Toronto’s Wallman Architects. I provided a description of the building and its amenities in my April 16 2011 post. Below is an artistic illustration of the building from the project website, along with a series of my photos showing construction progress since the beginning of 2012.
From the project website, this artistic illustration depicts a night view of the 49-storey Three Hundred Front Street West condo complex designed by Toronto’s Rudy Wallman
